Hospitality/Restaurants
Hospitality businesses are the most frequent form of entrepreneurship in the United States. This entrepreneurship can take the form of an espresso stand, concession booth, café, franchised business, pizzeria, diner, ethnic restaurant, fine dining establishment, pub, tavern, nightclub, bed & breakfast, or hotel. Our past transactions in this market niche have included businesses in all the above identified categories and many variations not listed. We have sold businesses with real estate included in the transaction and ones where a lease needs to be negotiated or an assignment facilitated. We have sold restaurants in small communities and large metropolitan areas and all places in between.
This legacy of completed transactions was established by IBA because our associates have the transactional experience and market knowledge required to properly evaluate, market, and negotiate in this foundation segment of the American economy.
The head of IBA hospitality division, William J. Castronova was born, raised and educated in New York City. A student of real estate since 1984 and a candidate of the CCIM Institute, (an elite corps of 8,600 professionals across America), experts in discipline in the commercial and investment real estate. A builder and certified kitchen designer, William was CEO and operating partner of one of Wyoming's largest contracting and direct sales companies. In 1998 William founded Mambo Italiano's, a Montana Corporation and now a national franchise. He went on to develop several other restaurants and eateries. Two decades of real estate development, restaurant concept and design, and business experience have brought him to International Business Associates. IBA is dedicated to the sale of privately held companies and family owned businesses. As the head of IBA's hospitality transaction division, William facilitates the complicated, multi-step sales process while maintaining an environment of confidentiality for his clients.
