  • Mike Luitgaarden Named IBA’s 2018 Broker of the Year

    Dec 14, 2018

IBA held its last corporate meeting of 2018 at the Bellevue Club on December 13, 2018.  The meeting celebrated IBA’s strong performance as a mergers & acquisitions firm in 2018 serving the Pacific Northwest middle market.

Performance at the firm has remained strong throughout the year with the company successfully facilitating four transactions in the last 30 days and having six additional transactions in escrow pending sale as of today. Mike Luitgaarden was recognized at the meeting as IBA’s 2018 Broker of the Year. Mr. Luitgaarden successfully facilitated five transactions in 2018 in the manufacturing, construction, and retail industries including Northway Products of Mukilteo, Washington and Country Village Nutrition of Longview, Washington.

The IBA team is looking for new companies to sell in 2019. If you are a business owner interested in selling your company for a premium value in an environment of confidentiality while employing “best practices” throughout the sale process we would welcome the opportunity to learn about your business and exit strategy objectives.
